That’s what we’re here for. One simple, flexible service that takes care of the little things, so your home feels like a breath of fresh air.

So what does a “routine” actually look like?

There’s no fixed checklist, just a focus on what your space needs most.

Your cleaner will move through your home with care and common sense, using the time you’ve booked to handle whatever’s on your mind (or quietly bugging you in the background).

Some routines look like:

  • Bathrooms cleaned and refreshed

  • Beds stripped and remade

  • Kitchen benches wiped down (so you can actually see the surface again)

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Dusting surfaces and skirting boards

  • Washing folded and stacked (like it didn’t sit in the basket for three days)

  • Living areas reset and cushions fluffed

  • Plants watered

  • That one drawer, cupboard, or corner you’ve been pretending not to see - handled

Same each week or completely different, it’s up to you.

Some clients like a set rhythm: bathrooms, floors, tidy up. Easy.

Others use their time differently each visit. One week it’s wiping windows and folding three loads of laundry. The next, it’s decluttering a pantry and giving the fridge a once-over.

There’s no need to overthink it. Just let us know what’s feeling heavy, and we’ll take it from there.

Products and Equipment

We bring everything needed to make your home sparkle and feel cared for. But if you have specific requests or products you prefer us to use, please let us know.

To keep things safe and hygienic, we kindly ask that you provide a mop. This helps us avoid cross-contamination between homes and keeps your space as fresh as possible.

Pricing and Payment

Payment is nice and simple:

  • One-off or first-time cleans are $60 per hour, with a two-hour minimum.

  • Ongoing weekly or fortnightly visits are $50 per hour, with a two hour minimum.

Just pay on the day, either by cash or bank transfer, directly to your cleaner. If you pay by transfer, a quick screenshot of the confirmation is all we need. And if you’d like a receipt, just ask your cleaner and they’ll gladly provide one.

Kindly remember: Our cleaners are independent and rely on this income day to day, so timely payment helps keep everything running smoothly.

Everything’s covered under one clear hourly rate, so there are no extra charges for specific tasks or lists full of things you don’t actually need.

Not sure how many hours to book?

That’s okay. Your cleaner will chat with you on the day and figure out what’s realistic. Over time, we’ll find a rhythm that fits just right.
